A 23-year-old woman has been charged with accessory to murder in Greater Sudbury in connection with the shooting death of a 21-year-old Sudbury man April 6 in the city.
The woman was arrested around 3:30 p.m. Monday, police said in a news release Tuesday evening.

“It is believed that (the accused) was the driver at the time of the incident and that she then hid the vehicle in the garage on Lansdowne Street where it and the deceased were later located,” police said.
“As a result of the post-mortem conducted through the coroner’s office, it has been confirmed that the deceased died as the result of multiple gunshot wounds.”
The woman was held in police custody overnight and attended bail court Tuesday to answer to the charge.
Officers continue to canvas the area for information and video surveillance footage, police said.
Anyone with information related to the incident is asked to contact police at 705-675-9171 or Crime Stoppers at 705-222-8477.
