Sault police are investigating a series of thefts at the LCBO on Second Line West earlier this month.

On Dec. 4, a male suspect entered the store and concealed two bottles of whiskey in his pants before he approached the cashier and paid for other merchandise – but not the bottles he concealed, according to police.
“On the (sixth) of December the male returned repeating the theft, concealing a bottle of vodka in his pants, paying for other items and leaving the store,” said officials with Crime Stoppers of Sault Ste. Marie & Algoma District in a news release this week.
