One was injured in two-vehicle collision on MR80 in Greater Sudbury

A two-vehicle collision on Municipal Road 80 near Valleyview Road in the Valley East area interrupted the morning commute for many on Wednesday.

“One person sustained non-life-threatening injuries,” said Greater Sudbury Police Service spokesperson Kaitlyn Dunn in an email to CTV News.

Tow trucks were called to the scene while police directed traffic, police said in a tweet.

The crash resulted in multiple reports of delays to and from the Greater Sudbury communities in the Valley-area.
