Police later located the vehicle on Highway 551 in M’Chigeeng First Nation and with assistance from the United Chiefs and Councils of Manitoulin Police Service Commission, two individuals were arrested.

During the investigation, officers seized an imitation firearm, approximately 80 grams of suspected cocaine, about approximately 5 grams of suspected fentanyl and approximately 0.5 grams of suspected crack cocaine along with about $1,000 in cash.

Police said they estimate the street value of the drugs seized as $9,520.
