An Elliot Lake man has been slapped with another set of charges after being accused of harassing and threatening his neighbour again, police say.
The 42-year-old man, who lives on Mississauga Avenue, was charged in November in alleged road rage incident.
In the first complaint, he reportedly followed the neighbour in their vehicle and flipped them off before dangerously passing them on the road by a school.
He then followed the neighbour to the grocery store and yelled at them in the parking lot.

Following that incident, he was charged with criminal harassment, resisting a peace officer and two counts of failing to comply with a probation order.
Charged again
Four months later, around 10:45 a.m. March 7, the neighbour called the cops again to report they were being harassed and threatened by the same guy again.
He was arrested at 1 p.m. during a traffic stop on Highway 108.
“The person was very uncooperative with police again, refusing to listen and follow simple instructions,” Ontario Provincial Police said in a news release Sunday night.
“They had to be physically extracted from the black pickup truck to ensure officer and public safety and effectively make the arrest.”
He has been charged again with criminal harassment in the form of repeatedly communicating with the complainant, resisting a peace officer and failing to comply with a probation order.
This time he was also charged with breach of recognizance.
“The accused was scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice Bail Court in Blind River on March 8,” OPP said.
He has been held in custody and is scheduled to have a bail hearing Monday morning in Sault Ste. Marie, OPP Const. Phil Young told CTV News in an email.
