Sudbury — A Blind River couple is facing criminal harassment charges in a dispute with their neighbour that dates back to March of this year.
Ontario Provincial Police responded to the complaint Nov. 7 and learned the problems had escalated in recent weeks.
Police were provided videos that began Sept. 11, 2020, and spanned across to Nov. 6, 2020, showing numerous times where a couple was criminally harassing the complainant, police said in a news release Monday.
Police have now charged two people, a 26-year-old and a 28-year-old, with criminal harassment.
Both are scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Blind River on Jan. 7. None of the charges have been proven in court.
