The MV Coho ferry that links Victoria with Port Angeles will be back in operation this weekend after several weeks in maintenance.

The Black Ball-owned vessel was taken off the Victoria-Port Angeles run on Jan. 15 for an annual maintenance break and refit, and will be back in service this Saturday.

The glass solarium seating area on the vessel’s upper desk has been refurbished and more seats were added.

The first trip to Port Angeles is scheduled for 4 p.m. Saturday.

Starting Feb. 17, the MV Coho schedule will be expanded to include two daily return sailings returning at 8:20 a.m. and 2 p.m. and departing at 10:30 a.m. and 4 p.m.
