Saturday’s overnight low is expected to be on the milder side at -4 C.
The mercury should then continue upward heading into next week.
Sunday is expected to bring mostly cloudy skies, a mild daytime high of -1 C and an overnight low of -8 C.
Montreal could see more light precipitation to start the week, with a 70 per cent chance of flurries expected by Monday afternoon and a high of 2 C.
The normal daytime high for the region at this time is -2 C.
