Sometimes you need to share island life with a friend from out of town to be reminded of, and truly appreciate, the natural beauty that surrounds us.
That’s what Tanja Kerr did. Tanja is an avid kayaker and photographer who lives in Royston, B.C. She took her friend, who is visiting from Shanghai, out on her double kayak to watch the sunset.
“Me thinks she likes it!!” she writes. Who wouldn’t? Especially when you can also see herons and eagles!
