Comox Valley RCMP are looking for a man who reportedly assaulted a woman while she was jogging through a park on Thursday.
The assault happened in Condor Park at approximately 10:30 a.m.
The man grabbed the woman and she managed to escape after fighting back, police say. The man then fled onto Robb Road.
The man is described as 5’8” to 5’11”, has a medium build and possibly dark hair. He was wearing blue plaid pyjama pants, a blue or grey hoody with white writing on the front.
Police are reminding the public to remain vigilant of their surroundings when using parks and trails.
