Spring weather is here for the weekend

After days of cold temperatures and snowfall, spring-like weather is here for the weekend.

While it’ll be a cloudy day Saturday with a chance of showers, it’ll be warmer than it’s been all week, with a high of 12 degrees.

It’ll drop down again overnight, feeling like minus 4 with the wind chill.

But Sunday, expect a mix of sun and cloud and a high of 13 degrees.

This week’s temperatures will peak on Monday, with a forecast high of 18 degrees, before we drop back down again Tuesday with a high of plus 4.

Saturday: Cloudy. 30 per cent chance of showers in the afternoon. Wind up to 15 km/h. High 12. Wind chill minus 4 in the morning.

Saturday night: Partly cloudy. 30 per cent chance of showers early in the evening. Clearing near midnight. Fog patches developing after midnight. Wind up to 15 km/h. Low minus 2. Wind chill minus 4 overnight.

Sunday: A mix of sun and cloud. High 13.

Monday: A mix of sun and cloud with 40 per cent chance of showers. High 18.

Tuesday: Cloudy with 30 per cent chance of showers. Windy. High plus 4.

Wednesday: Sunny. High 7.

Thursday: Increasing cloudiness. High 11.
