Temperatures improving as we head into the weekend

We are still struggling in terms of our temperatures in the London region, with minus 7 C as our daytime high on Friday.“As we head into the afternoon, we could see some activity along the eastern shores of Lake Huron, some flurries slowly starting to dissipate,” said CTV News Weather Specialist, Reta Ismail.Relatively speaking, our temperatures are improving heading into the weekend, although still feeling like minus 20 overnight.Midwestern Ontario is in for flurry activity for the next seven days, and some cold nights throughout Grey, Bruce and Huron-Perth counties, Sunday, flurries picking up and carrying into Monday.

Saturday: Cloudy with 60 per cent chance of flurries. Wind southwest 20 km/h gusting to 40 becoming light late in the afternoon. High minus 4. Wind chill minus 20 in the morning and minus 10 in the afternoon.

Sunday: Cloudy with 30 per cent chance of flurries. High minus 5.

Monday: Cloudy with 30 per cent chance of flurries. Windy. High minus 2.

Tuesday: Cloudy with 30 per cent chance of flurries. High minus 4.
