Sexual assault suspect arrested: police

Police have arrested a suspect in connection with a sexual assault that occurred on the McNaughton Morrison Trail near Exeter on Friday.

According to police, the incident happened between 10 a.m. and 12:30 p.m.

While the investigation is ongoing and further details are being withheld to protect the integrity of the case, police wish to thank members of the public for their assistance in this matter.
