The London Knights continued their strong late-season form with a 3-1 win over the Saginaw Spirit Friday night at Canada Life Place.
They fell behind early in the first period, but rallied for their seventh straight win on the strength of a perfect special teams performance.
London earned only two powerplays, but capitalized on both opportunities. The Knights also prevented Saginaw from breaking through on any of their three man advantages.
London forward Landon Sim was named the game’s first star with two goals and an assist. He now leads the team with 29 goals on the season, one more than defenseman Sam Dickinson.

The Knights have just four games left in their regular season, and have already secured top spot in the OHL standings.
Their next game is Sunday afternoon in Windsor. Their last remaining regular season home game is March 21, also against the Spitfires.
