London’s Police Chief has accepted a Ukrainian Flag signed by service members fighting at the front lines in the war with Russia.
The flag, along with a letter of gratitude, was presented to Chief Thai Truong on Thursday by a group of area men who travelled to Ukraine twice to provide aid.

During each mission, the men distributed medical, firefighting, and law enforcement aids.
London police sent bulletproof vests and other service equipment that had reached the end of their lifecycle.
Chief Thai Trong said the equipment had been destroyed in the past but given its ongoing viability, his team ensured it was donated to the Ukrainian effort.
