London police seek suspect after indecent acts on Richmond Street

London police are asking for the public’s help in identifying a man they say committed two indecent acts earlier this month.

Police say the incidents happened on May 10 between 4 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. in the 500-block of Richmond Street. They received multiple reports that a man was exposing himself.

Police searched the area but were unable to locate him, but they did obtain video surveillance.

The suspect is described as male, white, 5’9 – 5’11, with a medium build, between 50 – 60 years of age, with a short grey scruffy beard.

He was wearing black Nike running shoes with white soles, brown pants, a black t-shirt, grey hoodless jacket, and a black flat-brimmed baseball hat.
