London police officer already suspended now accused of impaired driving

A London police officer already suspended from duty, has now been charged with impaired driving.

According to police, a concerned citizen alerted them to a possible drunk driver early Tuesday morning in the area of Oxford Street and St. Andrews Street, near Wharncliffe Road.

Const. Ryan C. Pocrnich, 47, of London, has been charged with impaired operation of a vehicle and impaired exceed blood alcohol concentration.

At the time of the arrest, Pocrnich was suspended from duty with pay while awaiting a discipline hearing from previous allegations of misconduct.
