The Home County Music and Art Festival is coming back to Victoria Park on Saturday, July 26.

This year’s festival will feature live music on one stage.

The event was paused in 2024 due to rising costs and volunteer shortages, according to officials with the Home County Folk League (HCFL).

“While smaller in scope, this year’s Festival is big on heart, vision, and purpose. It’s a chance to reignite the spirit of Home County, re-engage the community, and lay the foundation for a bold new chapter,” a statement from organizers reads.

In addition to live music, there will be a , juried artisanal craft show, showcasing pottery, jewellery, fine art, and more.

“We are thrilled to bring Home County back to Victoria Park — because this is where it belongs,” said Anna Donaldson, HCFL chair. “This year is about celebrating our legacy while looking ahead to an exciting future. It’s a rallying cry to the community - let’s dream big, together.”

Admission to the event is by donation.

Musical performers will be announced at a later date.
