The charges have been dropped against one of two men involved in a drug trafficking case at the London courthouse.
After about a week of testimony at the trial, the Crown dropped the charges against 32-year-old Donovan Wendt.
However, the case will continue against his one-time lawyer Felice Ferri.
The case is delving into a suspected $8 million drug lab set up at a home along Commissioners Road East in London, which police officers raided in April of 2023.
The 48-year-old Ferri faces a number of drug related charges, including endangering a minor.
He has pleaded not guilty.
