Julie Atchison has the latest forecast.

Cold air continues to have a stronghold on the Great Lakes and lake-effect flurries have been continuing through the morning and early afternoon.

According to CTV News Meteorologist Julie Atchison, flurries will be winding down as high pressure builds in and the winds start to ease off.

“Temperature wise with the wind chill feeling like minus six to minus eight through London, Woodstock, Mount Forest, KW feeling close to minus four clear conditions overnight. The temperature will be dropping off, we even have wind chills overnight close to minus 10,” she said.

We will however wake up to lots of sunshine on Thursday, mixed with some cloudy periods and the temperature reaching 11 degrees.

“That’ll be nice and spring like, showers moving in as we head into Friday afternoon and some rain in the forecast as we kick off the weekend,” Atchison added.
