A Langford business owner was sentenced to three years behind bars for sexually assaulting five female employees.

During the trial the judge said 47-year-old Kyle Mostowy denied any responsibility in the assaults that happened between 2010 and 2011.

The judge also determined the owner of All Canadian Construction Ltd. remained a moderate risk to re-offend and was ordered to seek counselling.

The victims say Mostowy gave them unwanted massages, which escalated over time to unconsented sexual touching and sex acts.

One of the women was hospitalized and sought help from a psychiatrist and a second victim was diagnosed with PTSD and placed on suicide watch.
