Police respond to weapons call in Waterloo

A man has been arrested after police received a call about a man with a gun in Waterloo, Ont.

Waterloo Regional Police Service officers were called to a home in the High Street and Weber Street North area on Tuesday around 10 a.m.

Investigators said a man allegedly pointed a firearm during an argument.

No one was hurt during the incident.

A 19-year-old Kitchener man was charged with two counts of assault with a weapon, two counts of possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose and pointing a firearm.
