Kitchener resident charged with impaired driving in Guelph-Eramosa Township crash

A Kitchener resident is facing impaired driving charges following a two-vehicle crash in Guelph-Eramosa Township.

Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police were called to the collision on Wellington Road 31 around 9 p.m. Monday.

A 45-year-old from Kitchener was charged with operation while impaired and operation while impaired – blood alcohol concentration (80 plus).

No one was hurt.

The driver’s licence has been suspended for 90 days and their vehicle was impounded for seven days.
