Two drivers are facing stunt driving charges after police said they were caught racing in the area of University Avenue West and Albert Street in Waterloo.
It was reported to Waterloo Regional Police around 5 p.m. Sunday.
When officers found the two vehicles, a black BMW and a red BMW, they said the drivers were speeding along King Street North and impeding traffic.
The drivers, an 18-year-old man from Scarborough and a 19-year-old from Grey County, were charged with multiple offences, including stunt driving.
Both of their licences were suspended for 30 days and their vehicles were impounded for 14 days.
