Local man accused of 2nd-degree murder in Cold Lake homicide

A man has been charged with second-degree murder in the homicide of a 29-year-old Cold Lake resident in December.

The body of Tyler White, who was shot to death, was found at a home on Dec. 20.

On Thursday, 19-year-old Damien Delorme, from the Cold Lake area, was arrested at the Edmonton Remand Centre where he was being held for unrelated matters and charged, officials say.

He is due to appear in court in Cold Lake on Feb. 12.
