Driver collides with south Edmonton house; police investigating alcohol as factor

Alcohol and speed are being investigated as factors in an early Monday crash in south Edmonton.

According to first responders on scene, a Jeep was driven off the road and into a house at 12 Avenue and 68 Street just before 5 a.m.

The male driver and lone occupant was found unconscious behind the wheel.

He was checked for minor injuries.

The house sustained minor damage.
