A sports bar in Las Vegas put up billboards in Edmonton reading 00.4, the time left when Vegas scored the winning goal in Game 3. Nahreman Issa has the story.

00.4. After Saturday night, all Edmonton Oilers fans know what it means.

A sports bar from Las Vegas put up 165 billboards in Edmonton on Monday to taunt fans after the Golden Knights scored with under a second left on the clock to beat the Oilers 4-3 at Rogers Place.

The billboard reads 00.4 in a large, red font, and “Go Knights Go!”

The owner of PKWY Tavern told CTV News Edmonton on Monday he was over the moon when the Knights scored to win the game.

“This was done with a smile. We love the rivalry. It was all done in good fun,” Jonathan Fine said.

“There’s a lot of reaction. Edmonton is a great hockey town …There’s no disrespect meant at all and the fans are eating it up. The fans are like, ‘How are we going to retaliate? Let’s all start putting money together and buy the Sphere for Game 5.’"

The sports bar paid $5,000 for the billboards.

The Oilers host the Golden Knights at 7:30 p.m. on Monday.
