One person was killed and two others were injured in a collision on Siksika First Nation on Thursday. RCMP say the crash, between an SUV and a combine, happened on Highway 842, south of Cluny, just before 5 p.m. The driver of the SUV was taken to hospital in Calgary in serious condition. A 41-year-old Siksika resident, a passenger in the back of the SUV, was pronounced dead at the scene. A passenger in the front of the SUV suffered minor injuries. The combine driver was not injured, RCMP said. The cause of the collision is under investigation. The hamlet of Cluny is located roughly 85 kilometres southeast of Calgary.
