Northbound lanes of the Trans-Canada Highway between Thetis and Millstream were shut down Friday afternoon after a bus caught fire.
A photo sent into the CTV newsroom confirms the fire happened just past Thetis Lake towards Langford.

The fire broke out just after 1:30 p.m.
Northbound lanes were shut down for more than an hour as crews clean up the diesel.
The right lane remains closed.
No one was on board the bus at the time and the driver got off the bus safely.
The cause of the fire is unknown.
