Man wanted on Canada-wide warrant known to frequent GTA

A repeat offender who breached his parole, is being searched for by the national Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (R.O.P.E.) Squad.

Cody Butler is an Indigenous man, 27 years old, five feet nine inches, 204 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.

Butler has several tattoos, including a dagger/No Fear on his right arm, the letter C on his right hand and B on his left hand, 1997 written on his chest, Butler with an eagle on his upper back, and the word Loyalty on his left arm.

He is serving a seven-year, 10-month sentence for:

  • Trafficking In Schedule l/II Substance
  • Three counts of possession I/II Substance for the purpose of trafficking
  • Two counts of possession of property obtained by crime - over $5,000
  • Possession of prohibited/restricted firearm/ammunition
  • Possession of a weapon contrary to a prohibited order
  • Theft of motor vehicle
  • Fail to comply with order - at large
  • Possession of property obtained by crime - under $5,000
  • Escape or being at large without excuse
  • Material benefit from sexual services
  • Two counts of assault - intentional use of force
  • Fail to comply - probation order
  • Unlawfully in dwelling
  • Mischief in relation to other property

The offender is known to frequent the Belleville, Trenton and the Greater Toronto Area.
