Multiple emergency units responded to a structure fire at a home in Tiny Township on Saturday, closing a concession road near Balm Beach.
According to Tiny Township Fire & Emergency Services, four stations responded to a fire at a single-story residence on Concession Road 9 West.
The township’s deputy fire chief told CTV News that the fire was contained to the residence and that the cause is unknown.
No injuries were reported. A spokesperson from Simcoe County Paramedic Services told CTV News that they attended the scene but did not transport anyone to hospital.
Concession Road 9 West was closed near Tiny Beaches Road South and County Road 6 South as crews worked on the scene.
OPP was controlling traffic in the area and confirmed that Concession Road 9 West reopened at around 8 p.m. Saturday evening.
