N.S. RCMP continues to seek answers in case of missing man last seen in Grande Anse

Police in Nova Scotia are continuing to search for a man who has been missing for more than two years.

The Richmond County District RCMP says Cody Duane MacDonald was last seen on Feb. 29, 2024 at his father’s residence on Campbell Road in Grand Anse. He was reported missing four days later.

“Initially, it was believed the 29-year-old was wearing an orange survival suit at the time of his disappearance. However, investigators have since confirmed only limited clothing descriptors: a grey hat and green rubber boots,” reads a news release from the RCMP.

The RCMP says officers have followed up on tips since MacDonald’s disappearance. The force is asking anyone with information about the hours or days leading up to his disappearance to contact Richmond County District RCMP at 902-535-2002 or Nova Scotia Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
