Man ‘believed to be in crisis’ after attempted arson located: Halifax RCMP

Police in Halifax have found a 40-year-old man who they believed was “in crisis.”

The man was last seen Friday morning at a gas station in Hammonds Plains, N.S., near the intersection of Kingswood Drive.

The RCMP Halifax Regional Detachment received a report of an attempted arson at the gas station around 7 a.m.

At the time, police said the man involved was “believed to be in crisis” and was considered missing.

On Saturday morning, police said the man was found safe.
