N.B. RCMP looking for person after stolen electric bikes dropped off at detachment

The New Brunswick RCMP is looking for a person who dropped off two stolen electric bicycles at a Saint Andrews detachment.

Police say the two bikes were stolen from a Prince of Wales Street parking lot between 3 p.m. on July 20 and noon on July 21, 2025. The bikes had been secured to a rack mounted to a recreational vehicle.

“On April 4, 2026, shortly after 9 p.m., an individual dropped both electric bicycles off at the back entrance of the Saint Andrews RCMP detachment,” an RCMP news release reads. “Police are now trying to identify the individual in hopes to speak with them regarding the bikes.”

The person is descried as a man who wore a camouflage hoodie and ball cap, dark pants and a camouflage mask. An older red Chrysler PT Cruiser was also seen driving around the detachment at the same time.
