Halifax, Miramichi and Charlottetown are among over 100 communities across North America up for a free “Main Street Makeover” courtesy Benjamin Moore.

The North America wide competition is getting a lot of attention recently and has even attracted the support of Hollywood heavyweight – Brad Pitt.

As you can imagine, competing cities are looking for votes.  So in an attempt to win some support HRM Mayor Mike Savage has opened up abut one of his biggest issues…
