Schools were closed across Nova Scotia Tuesday as the latest round of spring snow made its way through the region.
All school districts in the province had closures in place, with the exception of the Tri-County Regional Centre for Education in southwestern Nova Scotia, where schools were open.
A full list of closures can be found here.

Schools were open Tuesday in New Brunswick and Prince Edward Island.
The Halifax Regional Municipality said at 7 a.m. that crews were on standby for cleanup operations.
At that time, the municipality said streets and surfaces were wet, but remained clear and passable in most areas.

CTV Atlantic meteorologist Kalin Mitchell says another round of snow will move into New Brunswick in the afternoon, where it is expected to continue until the evening.
Prince Edward Island, as well as northern and eastern areas of Nova Scotia, can also expect some snow Tuesday evening and night.
Cost of cleanup
Brynn Budden with the municipality says $32,395,647 has been spent on snow cleanup as of Feb. 28. The total budget is $36,476,200.
“Crews are active in all areas working to clear streets and sidewalks and applying de-icing materials,” Budden said. “A reminder to think before you park, vehicles can be towed any time during the day or night, any day of the year, if they are interfering with snow-clearing operations, as per Section 139 of the Nova Scotia Motor Vehicle Act.”
