Price of diesel down in Nova Scotia, New Brunswick

The price of diesel dropped again overnight in the Maritimes – this time in Nova Scotia and New Brunswick.

Nova Scotia

The price of diesel decreased by 8.6 cents in the Halifax area following another unscheduled adjustment. The new minimum price is 186.5 cents per litre.

The minimum price of regular self-serve gasoline remains 169.8 cents per litre.

The minimum price of regular self-serve gasoline in Cape Breton is still 171.8 cents per litre and the minimum price for diesel is now 188.4 cents per litre.

New Brunswick

Diesel prices in New Brunswick dropped by 5.7 cents overnight, bringing the maximum price to 206.5 cents per litre.

The price of regular self-serve gasoline in the province remains at a maximum of 176.5 cents per litre.

Prices at the pumps did not on Prince Edward Island overnight.

The next scheduled adjustment for all three Maritime provinces is Friday.
