Police are investigating a home invasion in Saanich that left a man with non-life threatening injuries.

Officers were called to a home in the 4700-block of Rosehill Road just after 11 a.m. Wednesday.

Two men were reportedly inside the home when a number of people entered and stole undisclosed items inside.

Investigators are currently working to obtain statements from the two victims, according to Saanich police spokesman Sgt. Jereme Leslie.

The home will be patrolled throughout the day, but traffic in the area won’t be affected, he said.

Police are expected to release further details including suspect descriptions when they become available.
