A marijuana dispensary in Langford is closed again and one person has been arrested, the third time in barely one month that the business has been shut down.
West Shore RCMP closed the Green Tree Marijuana Dispensary yesterday after the store remained open despite being ticketed by bylaw officers just hours earlier for operating without a business licence.
The shop first opened in January and was shut down after one day, but reopened last week, only to be shuttered again by authorities.
A petition was circulated last weekend to keep Green Tree operating, but was not enough to convince city officials to halt enforcement.
