VICTORIA - It's no surprise the capital region often serves as the setting for many blockbuster hits, but Victorians are still capable of being star struck. That was proved today when rumours emerged the mega star Leonardo DiCaprio was gracing us with his presence.
A few tweets early Friday turned into a flood of tweets including the hashtag #LeoWatch2015, and a search by CTV News crews, led us to believe the star is in fact in town.
DiCaprio is reportedly filming his latest upcoming movie The Revenant, where he plays Hugh Glass, a trapper in the wilderness who is left for dead and fights for survival.
The 20th Century Fox film is slated to be in theatres December 25, 2015.
